The Edge 4/1 Preview

Yes. The Edge w/Mike and Sal…the way it should be. We’ll be on Wednesday evening at 11PM eastern as usual. Just like always, we’ll have the off topic rants, hot talk, action-packed chat room, music, and radio talk.

Another Mike Fantasy Show

Hello Everyone!

I know, I know. I’m horrible at posting blogs and stuff but I’m working on it.

Sadly, Supervixen could not join us tonight so we did another one hour Mike Fantasy Show. Yes, that’s Mike from The Edge ^_^ .

So here’s a recap on tonight’s show:

We opened the show with Oingo Boingo’s catchy song called “Nothing Bad Ever Happens To Me” … I’m not just saying that because I’m a fan.

-Mike and I talked about our weekend. He has some crazy stuff he recorded me saying when we were on Skype last night.
-I had band drama.
-Two women created a Lose Your Virginity Game and they won? WTF?
-To shower with loofas or Not to shower with loofas? … That is the question.
-Sex Camp. Would you go to one?
-You can actually die from a broken heart.

As always, my computer turns gay like Mike and I had to restart my computer. Mike ended the show.

EDGE FM Hangout #1

We did announce it last night on ‘The EDGE’.

Not this Sunday but next (4/5), me and Sal have some business to do with WABC here in NY. SuperVixen (of the Fantasy Vixen Show) suggested we make it into a big meetup and we all figured to have a meetup with whoever can show up. Friends of the shows, employees of EDGE FM and so on are all welcome.

So here’s the scoop -

Place: 2 Penn Plaza/Penn Station & Madison Square Garden (Manhattan, durrr)
When: Sunday 4/5/09
Time: Noon (12pm)
What: Just hanging out, we’ll grab some lunch and see where the afternoon takes us.

The Edge- March 25 Preview

The EDGE is on iTunes!

As much as I don’t like Apple, I have to concede that for a show like us, iTunes is a great way to get exposure… just by popping us into the iTunes Store. So, thats exactly what we did.

The show feed for ‘The EDGE’ is now up and alive in the iTunes store. We’re going to have at least 3 or 4 shows up on the feed at one time and for anything older, just come to this site and browse the archives for any show you might have missed.

We will also be working on getting our show listed in the Microsoft Zune Marketplace as well for additional exposure and for those who use Zune devices (yes, we do exist!) or prefer that software over iTunes. Although, you can manually add our podcast link to any podcasting software and it will autograb the feed if you would prefer that way as well. Here are the respective links:

Where is The Bounce?

Ok, just to clear up something about ‘The Bounce’. It will not be our main format here, but will remain as a secondary substation of EDGE FM.

The Bounce was created in response to a bunch of feedback indicating that we needed a more female lean on EDGE FM. The Bounce will have its own section on this site, complete with the stream and updated music news… it will be a hub on its own for that format.

For those who DID like ‘The Bounce’ (what’s wrong with you), it will be around… just click the link on the bottom menu to listen to the The Bounce’s music stream…
