The Edge 4/29 Recap

Tonight’s show was all over the road… but that’s ok. It’s what we do.. people expect a certain amount of A.D.D. to be streaming into their ears when listening to us. We’re all about consistency. (Was that oxymoronic enough?)

[UPDATE] Podcast Problems == NO MAS!

[UPDATE - 4/30 @ 4:30pm] Hmm.. perfect timing on this day LOL.. anyway, last night’s ‘The EDGE’ should be up on iTunes within an hour or so of my posting this. Once again, sorry for any inconvienience… we know that people like to enjoy our shows sometimes on their way to work or lunchtime after popping their iPod or MP3 player in their computer before commuting.

Just a quick little heads up.. tonight’s ‘The EDGE’ (4/29) won’t be up on the podcast feed for a little while due to some site issues with our podcast provider. You can still download the show from our usual archives, as it is up on Mediafire. Sorry for the inconvienience.

Yes, this preview is being posted a bit LATE… but the week’s been hectic for myself and Sal. Have no fear, though… we will be on LIVE tonight (in a little less than four hours to be exact). Anyway, here are some things you can expect on tonight’s broadcast.

The Edge w/Mike and Sal and NO RJ aired again. Will he be back…we don’t know. Should we build a revolving door at the Edge FM studios? Probably. Either way, The Edge doesn’t miss a beat. If you missed the show, you missed a great one.

It's a miracle!!!!

Hey Everyone,

Ok, ok … so I’m not good with being consistent with my posting but it’s hard! By the time the show is over all I want is my bed.

Why not post before? Well, we usually don’t know what we’re going to talk about until the day of the show to keep everything fresh and spontaneous in our response.

Singh and Supervixen surprised me on Monday. Usually, I choose the songs to play for opening and break but this time I couldn’t think of anything. I told Singh to make decision and that he did.

I’m in a band called The Common Links and he played my original song. I didn’t know what to say but they’ve planned this since Sunday night. Thanks!

We had some good topics, craziness, and laughs.

EDGE FM Mobile

That’s right, folks. A new mobile version of the EDGE FM site is now up for your on-the-go consumption. The interface and links have all been redone for mainly mobile smartphone devices (i.e. HTC Touch Pro/Diamond, BlackBerry, iPhone/iPod Touch, etc.) or any device that has the capability to display ‘full’ Internet.

Just take your mobile smart device and direct your browser to edgefm.net/m. Bookmark it for easy reference. All of our Twitter, Facebook and Myspace links on the mobile site also direct you to the mobile versions of those respective sites for easy viewing.

We will be working on making it possible to listen to EDGE FM on your mobile very soon through the mobile site… you can already do so, we’ll just make it a bit more obvious :)

It’s just one more way that EDGE FM makes it easier for you to connect with us.
