Koof wants to start the show talking about bicycles but Doug thinks its best to examine why Spanish people are poor, black people have slavery excuse to fall back on. Once they get past that Koof asks why women’s bikes are more caring in the crotch area if they slip off the front onto the bar, than a man’s. The show slips to the old format of poop talk and a possible public bathroom poop flinging contest. We talk with angel Maynard ( www.AngelMaynard.com ) about her sex columns and video production company ( www.redpill-production.com ). Philadelphia is now going to start ticketing people who text and walk, but people who let dogs sit on their lap while they drive is still okay. A guy who was just released from jail after 70 months, shoots a lady in the head after a bouncer wouldn’t let him into a club. By the way his sister ran over a lawyer and killed him in the same location. Doug’s childhood friend’s father dies and his parents and the kids mom are trying to guilt him into hanging out with his old friend again. A registered sex offender wins custody of his dead ex-wife’s bastard daughter.

Mike and Sal- Sal Goes Solo 1/29/11

In order to keep their streak alive, Sal goes solo, while Mike was broadcasting his music show on our affiliate station. This is Sal’s first solo show since the two got together more than three years ago. Topics discussed include, Sal’s 1AM hospital visit earlier in the week, the website woes, a new project at Edge FM that Sal and his buddy are involved in, and a few other things. Sal’s buddy Ian calls in, as well as former co host RJ, and King from The Penalty Box and Brainstu Radio. Sit back, have some special fried rice, and check out Sal being a nervous Nelly as he uses Mike’s music show as a crutch, and struggles through his first live solo performance.

The birds are dead. Tonight’s show was fucking awesome. There’s no other way to put it. The phones are back, last week’s audio glitch is gone, and the chat was out of control. Today was also a record breaking day for hits to the chat/site. We deserve an award.

The Edge Recap
